The Whine911 website has been designed and built by Richard Killey, of Alliston, Ontario, Canada (about 75 km north of Toronto). I have had many years of experience listening to whiners, and complainers, and their like. I too, if I be honest, have done my fair share of whining. I hope that I can share from that experience to help you, a reader of this site.
